Some locations may offer behavioral health services, additional medical, dental and medication dispensing services.
COST TO PATIENTS FOR IN SCOPE SERVICES:
Your doctor’s visit is completely free of charge; however, to sustain the clinic to continue to help others we would be very grateful for a donation no matter how small, every little helps.
COST TO PATIENTS FOR OUT-OF-SCOPE SERVICES
If the doctor orders labs or prescriptions or even makes a referral for you to visit a specialist then you as a patient will pay for the cost, however we have successfully negotiated reduced rates with many providers to alleviate some of the financial burden on you. If you can’t afford to pay for the ancillary services, then please reach out to your community center and ask them if they have established a charity program that can pay for your healthcare expenses.
LOCATIONS & TIMING:
We have partnered with community centers throughout the country. Find a location near you. Each location’s hours of operation vary and are based on availability of volunteers. Please note these location are mainly volunteer run and are not full-time clinics. You must book an appointment ahead of time as our clinics are not walk in and are not an urgent care facility.
