Who Should Become an Affiliate?

Anyone wanting to make a difference in their local community, willing to provide high quality, patient-centered healthcare to the uninsured and underserved, while continuing to fulfill the EHS mission in their community.

Start A Clinic

There are several necessities when it comes to starting a clinic under the EHS model. These include leadership, community organization, a needs assessment within your community, establishing a trusted rapport within the community, and the recruitment of both medical and non-medical volunteers.

At EHS, we are dedicated to assisting those who want to establish free clinics within their communities. You are not alone, as we have made available consulting services, which access to a consultant, walking you through the development process, providing direction and support along the way until you launch your first clinic. In addition, we will provide the resource materials you need in order to launch your clinic.

If you are interested in joining the EHS organization, we highly encourage you to start by asking yourself the following questions:

1. Is there a genuine need for a free clinic in your community?
2. Is the medical community concerned about those lacking access to healthcare?
3. Would both medical and non-medical personnel be willing to volunteer?
4. Would your organization be willing to sign an affiliation agreement with EHS, agreeing to the organizations terms and conditions?
5. Do you have a location to host your clinic? If you can answer yes to these questions, then you could be the right fit for our organization. As an affiliate, you will function as a separate clinic, responsible for maintaining your branch’s operations. How frequently you choose to hold your clinic is 100% your choice. You simply must adhere to the bylaws and guidelines set forth by the organization and you can impact your community in your unique way!
